He has said he wants to compete in the 2024 Arnold. He's never done the Arnold. He also should be starting prep I would think around 1st of December I guess, maybe right after New Years but that's cutting it short.

I prefer refeed days where I increase carbs by 500 cals, not a big addition but it makes a big difference on all 5-6 meals. I use it to grow during a light deficit, I have the higher carbs 1 - 2 days before a big training session and may be another refeed by the end of the week to train again. I use it as a clean bulk strategy or what is called growing into a show. Refeeds work, if protein and fats are sufficient, the only macro that needs increasing is carbs, therefore, having a burger and fried french fries is introducing macros I do not need. I guess as a heavy weight pro, all those carbs on a high day can be alot to deal with, so, I kind of get it

@Nick, Antoine and the Gang, this is a little something to think about for the next episode--I noticed that classic guys do not have regular deadlifts in their program, i think this is a reason as to why their backs are different from the open. WHat is your take on dead lifts on the midsection and does wearing a belt alleviate the growth of the mid section? I have a feeling Bumstead is secretly doing deadlifts becase Hany asked him if he has been doing them and Chris has not put up much back training so far. The same situations goes for Urs, I have seen him sneaking them in. So, my theory is that Urs and Chris will blow everyone in the back shots this olympia

Nick Strength and Power put up a video where Nathan had site injections on both sides of his lower lats where it looked really bad. He speculated that it may have been spotted by the judge/judges. In my opinion, that was enough to score Nathan down like when big Ramy, Dennis James and CO said Ramy was getting stem cells and he showed up to the Arnold with his quads shot up, they immediately left Ramy at the end of the line up. This may have been a similar case

I was at the Europa Show sitting first row. I am not hating or anything because I love Regans shape. But I’ve seen people showing up at Guest Posings in better condition. Regan had by far the least impressive condition in the Top 5.

Justin said Samson beat Nick a few weeks later and judging is subjective… Samson came in the same size and harder, while Nick was too conditioned so his legs were small. Pretty dishonest take especially because he said contrary when it happened 😂

Just Nick. He didn’t want Matt Jansen coaching Brett but after some time passed he ended up going back to Matt. That’s why he joined Hosstile in the first place. Nick knew Fouad wanted to sponsor him so he took advantage of Fouad, got the supplements and money then dipped on his coach at the time and supplement sponsor

@@datnip79 it's called not being allowed to do other podcasts and pursue other business ventures, not being allowed to do recreational activities like water skiing, required to travel multiple times and sit at a booth for 8 hours during prep. Being contractly obligated to the clothing, supplements, and a podcast that you are required to be on every week for 2 hours minimum, when sometimes you have other responsibilities besides talking about food, sex, and busting balls with the boys. Thinking that excessive old school Muscle-tech style contracts are still gonna work for modern bodybuilders in the age of social media. I love Fouad & hosstile but do your research bozo, instead of just licking Hoss's balls and coming on here just to be little fagoone with your comments. Loyalty for what? Loyal to be unsatisfied, uncomfortable, unhappy and probably underpaid because we all know Fouad would pay someone in popsicle sticks if he could, as cool as fouad is don't think for a second he isn't a business man first. I don't think Nick, Nathan Deasha, Brett, Justin all left within a year of eachother for no reason. Neil Curry also killed himself, while being a hosstile athlete, probably has nothing to do with hosstile but it doesn't look great. Lmao this is nothing compared to Bro Chat. Go back to the first episode of Bro Chat and watch through the episodes you’ll see what I mean. Fouad has kept the same energy with each episode regardless of the cast. It’a like sitting around with your boys talking shit and catching up. That’s why Bro Chat is so successful and has had the impact it has. Why do you think everyone has a podcast now? They saw the blueprint and the success and impact it had and wanted to emulate it, that’s why every bodybuilding podcast you see now resembles Fouad’s. Not saying others are doing bad but pay respect where it’s due. And enjoy other content too.
