Fuze is probably like a normal dude, human, that knows the level of catastrophe/calmnity of these powerful beings to its proper context and level in this world. We've seen humans, even the characters like Razen, Edward, Edmalis before him, Holy Knights and Rooks being ignorant of things they don't know and only being regretful once they come face to face with said beings. So I think Fuze is ever worry and concern and that fear will always be present in his head, it's just that he's come to accept Rimuru as an ally and friend, but as you can see in their scene together, he still knows his place in front of Rimuru, a demon lord (not sure he knows the context, that Rimuru is an actual awakened/true demon lord to boot--for sure Erald and Gazel knows).

Mjöllmiles is great, he's a fan favorite for a reason. It's usually always a good time when he's a focus.

I'm sure Rimuru has a plan, but I don't know what it is offhand. I am also sure there must be an organized routine for providing meat and fish for the people of tempest, who still often eat communally. The colloseum project is given a lot of planning and building time in the light novels. I hope they cover some of that, because I think it's interesting. This festival is going to be a big deal. Never assume Rimuru isn't being careful, no matter how much it doesn't look like it. If nothing else, Raphael is a backup warning system. And using Thought Acceleration and Parallel Processing he Rimuru and Raphael can have a detailed discussion and make a plan in the blink of an eye. Not saying Rimuru is always cautious enough, but not as lax as he was before the disaster that befell Tempest. He knows it's not just himself he's risking.
