Brice Rhodes has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for his involvement in a fatal drive-by shooting and the subsequent brutal assault on two teenage brothers. The case, which took a significant amount of time to reach trial, concluded with Rhodes receiving the maximum sentence for his crimes. The prosecution presented evidence that Rhodes killed a man in a drive-by shooting and later violently attacked two teen brothers who he believed had "snitched" about the crime.

Law&Crime's Jesse Weber provides a detailed account of the legal proceedings leading up to the trial, highlighting the various obstacles encountered along the way. Weber also discusses Rhodes' disruptive behavior in the courtroom, which included several egregious outbursts. Additionally, the report delves into the crucial testimony provided by Rhodes' co-defendants, whose statements played a pivotal role in securing his conviction. The case sheds light on the severe consequences faced by those who commit violent crimes and attempt to obstruct justice by silencing witnesses.

@Sara-xk1ns
@Sara-xk1ns 2 ай бұрын
He’s already been locked up for a decade. While I appreciate the vigilante prison system, I think too many people count on it to fix the courts mistakes and give final justice. Yes, child predators are def a target and disliked greatly, but the prisons purposely keep them apart bc of this. The opportunity just isn’t there like it was before. If inmates truly hated someone it would happen shortly after they get there, not decades later. If they’re attacked decades later it’s bc of something they did in jail.

What does the judge mean the cops had to put out sketches of the boys to figure out who they were because no one even reported them missing?? I didn’t know that part. I thought they went to their mom and told her about the first crime so I guess I assumed they had a relationship and lived there and just hung out at Rhodes and they were found bc of the fire and then notified the family or something. The reality is much more tragic. No IDs on 2 young men and no missing person reports leaves them in a mess. How long was it before the sketches were released? Are we talking a day or 2 or weeks? I’ve seen a lot of him on KZfaq in court clips but never knew the full story and it just gets worse the more I learn.

The mom is just as guilty as Rhodes she should be in jail too. Why would you put your kids around a person like that. Rhodes put the young boys in the ground but the mom is guilty too so she put her kids in the ground too
