आत्ताचा हा व्हिडिओ अतिशय सुंदर आहे! पुण्यात एका पारंपरिक उपाहारगृहात जाऊन आपण प्रसादाचा शिरा, मिसळ, पोहे, शेंगदाणा लाडू आणि खरवस यांचा जो आस्वाद घेतलात ते खूपचं छान वाटले! या उपाहारगृहात एकूण रचना पारंपरिक आहे ते बघून छान वाटले! आपल्याला मनापासून खूप खूप खूप शुभेच्छा!

Oldest "socalled" Misals of Pune, whether its Bedekar or Vaidya or Shrikrishna Bhuvan, are so sweet that you don't feel eating Misal like how you do when you eat misal at 'Katakirr'.

अलकाजी, आप इतना खुबसुरतीसे खानेका वर्णन करती हो की न खानेवाला भी खानेको तय्यार हो जाय। आपको खाना और साथमे बाते करना कैसे जमता है? आपकी वजहसे ये पता लगता हैकी सकारत्मकता क्या होताहै,मतलब आपकी बातोमे बहुत पाॅजिटीविटी होती है। आपका बात करनेका तरीका बहुतही अच्छा है।मुझे प्रसादका शीरा और मिसळ खानेका मन कर रहा है!इतनाओल्ड हाॅटेल होनेके बावजुद आप उसपर विडिओ कर रही हो ये बहुत बढिया चीज है।❤

Aapka Ramzan ka suggestion Maine padha tha par kyuki main 1 week Mumbai se bahar thi aur main veg food hi cover kar rahi hu, non veg food ki jyada knowledge mujhe nahi hai isliye wo nahi cover Kiya. Plan kar rahi hu kolhapuri misal jaldi hi try Karu. Thank you

Your presentation is really good, have watched quite a few videos recently. Buffet concept of breakfast I really liked. Thali I think there are so many varieties that hardly anyone can finish whole thali , so don't you think it's wastage of food and how that waste is managed??? Just try and find out if you can .

I love Thali concept. But then I agree with you that mostly there is a wastage for eg in big fine dine restaurants where they serve 20+ items in unlimited qty at exorbitant prices. One should take small portions at such places and refill only what they like to avoid wastage and should also resist the temptation of trying everything and then leaving half of it. In small eateries or bhojnalayas, they serve unlimited homestyle fresh food but with limited items and that is what I really like. Also, in many places, penalty is charged for leaving food in your plate which is a good idea. Thank you 😊

At last you are in Amache Pune...all dishes look good but I think they should have served you hot poha instead of cold...

Yes, I enjoyed my stay at Pune. They make Poha and batata bhaji in batches and serve when they get an order because of which it becomes cold though orders keep flowing. Even I wanted to have hot poha nevertheless I absolutely enjoyed the kharvas which is a must try

Kalloo (1986) Maybe 1932 se commonly use hona shuru hua ho uske pehle easily nahi milta ho. Maine wohi bataya Jo mujhe waha pata chala

अलकाजी, आपके आवाज से बिल्कुल पता चल गया की आपको सर्दी (जुकाम) हुई है। मुझे यह curiosity है की क्या इस मिसल की Green gravy खाने से आपको सर्दी में कुछ आराम मिला??🤔 इस particular place पर खाने के बारे में आपका यह (👌) compliment देखने नहीं मिला।

जी हां मुझे उस दिन सर्दी हो गई थी और ग्रीन ग्रेवी काफी soothing और comforting लगी। लगभग 2 से 3 घंटों तक instant relief मिल गया था। Healthwise बहुत अच्छी और Tastewise ok क्योंकि हमे आदत हो गई है तीखी तेलवाली मिसल खानेकी 🫣 सिंगदाना लड्डू सिर्फ 10 रूपए में बढ़िया है। खरवस superb 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼overall इतनी पुरानी जगह देखने और वहा खानेका experience अलग ही मजा है 😍
