❤ OMG Some relationahip damage your soul. Love is a action word and people dont realize how they hurt the people that they claim to love. Hurt people hurt people and sometimes the family cause the biggest pain. I am in therapy from child and adult tramua so that my teenager daughter want need thearpy for something I have done. I was upset with her one❤ day and was about to start my uncontrollable cursing fits and a voice spoke to me sofly and said remeber that you love her. And i was in tears. Please keep doing Gods work.

Sometimes it’s hurtful for people to watch you grow and achieve your goals because they feel like you’re leaving them behind. I’ve learned that recognizing people’s energy is key and should never be ignored.

OMG!! This episode was on point!! 1. God’s pace and our pace is not the same! 2. The way you cheer people on even in your down season will show God that you know that He will do it for you🫶🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 3. If you see that God has done it for them~Why do you think He won’t do it for you? You gotta do the work!! Do a ♥️ check! 4. Look at how people treat people who can’t do anything for them->it says a lot about their character!! Soooo many 💎💎💎💎

Same here… I let go of a 20 year friendship. She was always in competition with me and really was never happy for me. It hurt, but it had to be done. I always had her back, but never had mine unless it was something in it for her.

This episode had me in tears because this is where I am in my life and it does feel sad to lose people in the process. I have been calling it my "quiet" season but I guess it is also purging. Everything you said in this video has been me all my life and it seems like it took me to age 41 to really be okay with focusing on MY peace and MY boundaries. It's definitely hard to let people go but at the same time I am protecting my peace. If I let someone go I have already probably given them a ton of chances and expressed myself. So I have to find peace in the fact that, that person or people were only in my life for a season and not a lifetime. I still will wish them well but just not causing distribution in my life.

I resonated with this so much. I ended a 28 year friendship October 2022. Sometimes someone will ask me about her and I’ll have moments where I wish we were in a better place. But I know I made the right decision ending our friendship. Truthfully she was never the friend to me I was to her and I feel she was never my friend, we just knew each other a long time. And in this season I’ve realized it’s okay to outgrow people.

Yup. I let go a 7yr old bff 6yrs ago. Best decision I ever made, it was necessary and no further convo was needed at that point. Since her, it's been extremely easy to purge ppl of your space and peace of mind. God has blessed us with the act of discernment and intuition. The moment I became in tuned with mine was the day i started healing from pleasing ppl a d more pleasing to myself n peace. Right now every new yrs resolution since 6yrs ago has been,to ensure, I protect my inner peace, best decision to date that I've been consistent with for these yrs now. I love you Crystal❤❤❤

It so uplifting knowing that I’m not the only one dealing with this “purging season”. It’s a very difficult time trying to navigate through things I tucked away, and things I let people slide with. These videos help more than you know, I have cried laughed and really reevaluated this “I’m healed” version of me , cause no, no I’m not. I’ve been the problem and I’ve just ignored things. I’ve been carrying 6 year old me with me and I’m 30 now and you Crystal, have helped me have conversations with myself I probably NEVER would have. Thank You ! I love you and we see you ! ❤

Omg I'm almost on tears hearing all of this because it's like you had a crystal ball in my life especially abt friendships I'm 54 and I've always been there for everyone but when it comes to me people pick and choose if they want to be that person for me so it definitely resignated with me how your friend made you feel when you were coming into all your blessings and still wanted to look out for those you love that's been me my entire life and now at 54 I look up and it's just me my sweetie and our puppy babies yes I have family but it's something abt having that girlfriend that yall just click when it finally hit me a few years ago I gave in and renewed the friendship but once again it became lopsided so now I've just set healthy boundaries if we ain't cheering for each other or reciprocating that same bff love for each other I don't want no parts of it yes it gets lonely especially seeing my sisters having Bff's since their school days but I rather be lonely than feeling used or feeling unwanted Thank you for this podcast I'm definitely tuning every Tuesday because Crystal this will help so many of us Queens that's been going thru and trying to keep going Thank you Beautiful 💖🙏🏾

But God gives and he will remove anyone from your life that’s draining you , using you or not loving you in the same Love that you reciprocate back ! I’m in this purge to asking God to continue to show me who is not for me I’m re married but going through in this marriage as well 😢, I’m a Libra ♎️ to so yeah I know how we wear our heart big on our shoulders Love you All let’s KIPS# 💞💞💞

This is so timely. I found myself holding on to relationships that silently hurt me. I did not hold people accountable for the energy that was projected when I shared my highs and dreams. I started resenting my relationships and now I feel like I am battling to show up again and to connect and share with those I never spoke up against.🥺

Where I’m at in life as a 41 year old woman. Family and friends I have learned to give the same energy that’s given. Not into forcing bonds and relationships. It’s either there or it’s not. No love lost, that’s it. And I get trying to have everyone love and like you , that was me when I was younger. I realized everyone is not going to love or like you no matter what. And envy is a strong relationship and friendship killer unfortunately.

“Looking to your friend for affirmation when you need to look to God for confirmation” 🤯 That is a word!

Crystal! Whewwwww! I am definitely in my purging season. As lonely as it gets, I know that it is necessary. I have two very genuine friends that I will move mountains for because I know that they would do the same for me. However, there were people in my circle that served me no good. 😩 To be honest, idk why I’m was holding on to these friendships. I am very big on loving people from a distance. I love my peace and I enjoy my peaceful life. THEY CAN GO, literally! lol

I love this podcast so much. I have been struggling with pleasing everybody else, but myself and when to cut off a friendship that does not serve me. This actually helped me gain clarity of believing people when they show you who they are the first time. Stop making excuses for these people. All we are doing is enabling them from taking accountability and hurting ourselves. So thank you so much Crystal for sharing your experiences with us.

I believe It takes a spiritually mature and grounded person to truly be happy for others in ALL seasons.

The same thing happened to me. I thought they were a lifetime friend because we walked together for more than 20 years, but then all the things you said began to show up. The transition is not easy, but knowing the insight that you shared will help you climb. One of the tools that supported me was writing them a letter. I shared all the things I wish I could have shared and then closed the letter out knowing they would never see it. I burned the letter. Burning away the pain was a technique I used in the aftermath of my divorce. I bought a grill. I can't grill to save my life, but neighbors think I'm the BBQ Queen 😊

I definitely understand how you feel…I’ve purged and need to purge again. Some people really only want to deal with you when they are down…to keep you down. I'm extremely grateful for you, your podcast and transparency. It's such a rare thing for people of influence to let people in and be authentic. I love this episode Brenda's keeping inventory, growing and just watching the way friendships are is the season I'm in right now adding with other things. It's a challenge and not easy, but when you have trust and faith things flow how they are designed and aligned.

I listen to it when I pray almost every day in my morning mix of gospel songs and I love it. It speaks truth to those who understand that nothing is too hard for God. I take everything to him even in my everyday tasks I just pray. I sent this song to a couple of friends last week out of the blue to say have a great day and just pray wow, this tells me that I'm growing and becoming better at spreading his love. My neighbor was killed on Father's Day, we were so close and it has shaken me to the core realizing how close we all are to death. He was a good father so successful and just a gentle giant a good son. It made me get even closer to God. He didn't deserve that and it was because of what someone else did, he meant so much to so many people. I just want to say live your life every day like it's the last day because God is real and his protection is needed to navigate this life. I have no understanding of it, but I'm now closer to God because of it. Thanks Crystal!
