Here we analyze the differences between traditional training and the PurMotion methodology in training and developing athletes. Founder Jorge Bonnet dives deeper into why the Lineman Squat w/ the Wishbone attachment is a better alternative for athletes to develop lower body strength that transfers to the field.

You can get all that done even better with just a sled push. The barbell squat however will build way more needed muscle and stability for high injury risk sports like you mentioned.

Were do u get the adjustment for the bar for both shoulders

The Wishbone uses the bearings in the end of the Olympic bar to dynamically balance the load between the shoulders.

Do you have any research that your squats on your toes give better results than regular squats? And your squats were not approved squats, they were not deep enough.

you can put weights on the side of the attachment... they just put the weights in front of the barbell

@@gymtvph3400 you are correct i think that the weight in the front is useless it will be discharged on the bar towards the landmine joint.The weight should be placed near the body natural curve so to create a weight overload

yes, you are right, the weight is a little bit lighter if the landmine is positioned low, just like in the video. but i think what they want to emphasize here in the video is the range of motion of a regular squat compare to a squat done in a landmine in a low position. but if you want the weight to be heavier, the land mine should be positioned the same height of your shoulder but this will change the range of motion, the land mine will push down the weights towards the person doing the squat.

this is one of the stupidest products i've ever seen, you squat from the middle of the foot, and anyway we use the full rom squat as a way of developing leg musculature to carryover into power. The distribution of weight on the foot doesn't matter as the purpose of the squat is not to simulate running or shooting, if you wanted to, push a sled.

Dude you're all wrong! Squatting on or close to your heal is for developing leg strength and is applied to the sport! Not the opposite way around! You're messed up big time!
