I had soft tissue sarcoma, a chikku sized mass on left arm which was operated in 2003 and 30 days treatment by means of radio therapy. Is there any chance of reappearing?

Hope you are doing well. Chance of reappearing depends on multiple factors including the type of the tumor and tumor stage. It is best if discussed with the treating doctor and the pathologist who examined the your mass.
