Please, could you write shop address in Milano (Italy) where I can buy this product? Thank you in advance, mom had hemipelvectomy and after that surgery drop foot, hope this AFO will be ok for her, she tried many but uncomfortable or inefficiant.

Are these for over ankle pronation and do they work for flat feet?

The Push AFO is not specifically designed for overpronated ankles. It was designed for people who are experiencing foot drop. If you have excessive flat feet and foot drop, you can wear insoles with this device.
