Thanks guys for another terrific repair video ... hadn't thought about blocking air flow in the filter, so I will try it. My Victa Commando is still over-revving even though I've replaced the carburetor manifold seals and the crankcase seal. So I'm looking forward to your video on finding the permanent fix to the revving problem. Thanks again ... love your channel.

Great video, thanks. Look forward to the more permanent solution but the foam will at least make it more manageable in the short term.
