Then Russia begins payment for every element of physical destruction to Ukraine due to its attack, and an international tribunal assesses what life in Ukraine is worth that was either killed or injured by Russia and puts that on the restoration bill of Russia to Ukraine. The international retribution tribunal then begins to collect the debt due from Russia to Ukraine. Very simple.

I think the concern is now that many are leaving school not knowing any Ukrainian which hampers their prospects in the future. Zelensky only switched to Ukrainian in 2017 and would often switch to Russian. Many of the soldiers fighting speak Russian. So Putin's argument that he is protecting Russian speakers is just more of his lies. Take for example Kharkov which is mostly Russian speakers and has been bombed since day 1 of the invasion, or as Putin would say an attempt to liberate it. I have heard that many in Ukraine are switching now to Ukrainian because they hate Russia so much for what they have done.
