Im from Ukraine, born in Lviv & i don't blame him staying & moving to Ukraine. Its a beautiful country, the food is amazing the women beautiful! If only this war would end. I thank him for helping us Ukrainians fight off these Russian invaders! God bless you brother!

With regards to the Russian cruise missile entering Polish air space for such an extended period, this will not have been to get around Ukrainian air defence but to test Poland (political reaction or technical ability). As such if Poland had used ground air defence systems to shoot it down the Russians would have gained perhaps what they were after. If Poland had used aircraft to shoot it down this could have got round this but the trouble is unless you maintain a CAP over the boarder aircraft are never going to be able to respond in time. Personnally I think it is long past time Europe became far more agressive and went at least partially along John Boltons idea of a no fly zone in Western Ukraine. This could be done without placing any anti air assets in Ukraine but missiles etc could still be targeted far inside Ukraine. Even Belarus and Russia should be told attack missiles coming within close proximity of the boarder that could be a threat would also be targeted even if over their airspace. Turkey took this stance with Russia when they kept flying through their airspace from Syria and ended up shooting down a Russian SU24 in Syrian airspace, as a result of which the Russian pilot was killed. Yeah Poo-tin gobbed off a lot afterwards but did NOTHING and NEVER entered Turkish airspace again.
