I am wishing I had bought the manual one. I thought the digital would be more precise but it does not break away at torque like the manual

Sorry it took so long to respond.. life you know... I'm not sure what v1 is but all I did was fill out my pistol info on C & H website and they sent me what I needed

I really do like my holosun 507c x2 the glass is super clear, the reticle is crisp and bright. Price is not so far out of reach that you need to mortgage the house.. my fear is that if you start dipping down into the less expensive you get inferior glass, bad battery life, weak housings and so you end up having to replace it a lot sooner than you would if you went ahead and spent just a touch more... the holosun is the perfect compromise in my opinion

Yeah, not a fan of recording in selfie mode but I'm doing this by myself and it's so much faster than going back and forth from chair to camera to make sure the shot is good. Still learning, it will get better.. thanks for the comment.

Do you have the digital or the mechanical? My digital doesn't but my friends mechanical does.

18 in lbs is to much. 10-15 is all you need. I used the c&h plate and it says 15. I didn't use the screws that came with the holosun but u am sure the blue is good enough... get you a paint marker and put a little hash mark across the screws so you can see if they move at all.. let me know if I can help at all.. @@soperfirearmstraining3412 i used the plate that walther sent me and in the manual it says 18 so im going to trust that no offense to you at all just probably best bet. the holosun manual says to torque the screws to 15 for the sight itself so thats what i did. i did however make the mistake of using too much locktite and had to do a ridiculous amount of cleaning due to it seeping out everywhere lol at least i know its not going anywhere .

i wound up taking it apart after shooting to add more locktite because the included screws had some but i removed and replaced them a couple times and it made me paranoid lol
