As sexy as the GTR is, I can't wait until you have time for the Mustang again!

I have no idea why you came up on my recommended. But I watched you restore the entire Ram and now this GTR. And I did it all in one day. You are a very enjoyable person to watch work and are very knowledgeable about what your doing.

So much talent and drive, and you look really young. I'd love to know more of your story man, how you got into this, what your growing up was like, etc. I think a sit down video every once in awhile like that would be very chill and a nice addition to the channel, getting to know the shop, the guys in the shop, some backstory, etc.

Thanks for the Mustang update at the end, looking forward to this GTR project wrapping up so we can see more of the '66!

Volk TE37, hands down the best looking rims for a GTR. Also, paint the chrome in the front bumper black rather than red. That GTR turned out great!

vTuned is about the only KZfaqr that doesn't say "amazing" too much, imho. But then, the work that goes on in this shop is amazing. It's not just thrown together w/fingers crossed - it's buttoned down & tightened up.

I agree do something with the orange side marker lights, stay away from yellow calipers, only works with primary color vehicles. Color match the calipers or black, my opinion. Nice job on the car!

If people don't know what this car is it's the fastest twin turbo AWD cheapest supercar you can buy. The main thing about these cars is the paddle shifters and the rear end and transmission is pretty much one unit. Which means buckle up and don't wrap it around a pole. The car is fast af. The engineer who made the car was asked why is it not areo dynamic he said when your going 220 mph who gives a shyt about dynamics.

Vtune that is one slick GTR! Your work is always first class and man does that paint pop! I have liked the GTR's every since I watched the movie Fast & Furious and now you've got me dreaming about them again! Thanks for posting such a cool build!

I broke my neck in 2 places when I was in the Army, and it's certainly not fun. That happened in 1992, and my neck has been in pain 24/7 every day since. It's not debilitating, but it's annoying, and you learn to just deal with it. Glad you're OK!

Finally !! The GTR is coming together nicely 👍 I know it's a video but the seatbelt anchors need to be torqued to the proper specs . You shouldn't install dirty glass with dust it can contaminate the urethane sealer and leak later on . I'd say ditch the chrome in the front it looks out of place . Great paint job and can't wait till it's all cleaned up and driving again .

amazing how you make body work look easy but I have a lot of respect for a young guy that works as hard on a project as you do with very little help and the gtr looks pretty sharp and will definitely turn lots of heads great job keep up the great builds thanks for letting us see how a real body shop operates lots of hard work and the mustang build is also great thanks v tuned keep it going.

The car looks amazing! Tinting the marker lights is a good idea just make sure it's bright when it's on. Match your calipers to the car. I don't like it when they stand out with a different color. That's just my opinion! Keep up the good work!!!

You are amazing!! You make a excelent job! The original orange on de break calippers its te best dont put on yellow. Renew the factory orange!! And the mods is a quit dificult to chose. You have a perfect japan car, try to give more boost and renew the ecu maping, biger downpipes and high eficient airflow to the turbos, best sparks plug and beters coilover. You most make 750bhp or more depens of the boost. Congratulation guys. Daniel from Argentina.

There's a company, that sells the side marker lights, to color match your car. I unfortunately forget the name of said company. With that being said, this GTR is BadAss!!!

GTR: Paint the orange side markers on the front bumper body color and the red side markers on the sides rear bumper body color. Get some nice black LED tail lights, or tint these tail lights. Wrap the chrome piece on the front bumper (grill area) in gloss carbon fiber, tint the headlights slightly and get catless downpipes + a tune for the car if it doesn’t already have them.

The obvious choice for the chrome grill section is to black it out. I think you are correct. Color matching it will look very nice!

I would have changed the speakers in the car whilst everything was out. A full set of Focal Flax series would have done wonders for the over all experience. Looks really NNIICCEE!

vTuned videos makes me happy no matter what he uploads it never fails to put a smile on my face in india these cars are not available and a 2015 5.0 mustang costs almost 131000$ so its pretty impossible for me to afford one and these kind of gtrs go all thr way upto 300000$ due to the 230% import customs but things may change in coming days i dream of having a life like this guy getting up with cars spending whole day with cars and sleep at night admiring ur cars thats all i need in my life... edit: i wrote such a long comment sorry for wasting ur time 😅

The calipers would look great in gold. That would go great with your paint color. Also, Black chrome the front chrome piece.

Wheels: go with Konig flow formed series wheels, maybe the Ampliforms! Super light weight wheels and they are a great price! Ampliforms in like a 19x10 or 20x10 or 10.5 in the gloss graphite (grey) color!! And paint the brake calipers body color not yellow!!

This a great a build. But I did notice that when you put the glass in you didn't put any black primer down first before you laid the urethane down...that is a must for glass
