Search for pin pushers. They are used to push wire plugs out of harness W/O damaging the pins that typically hold then in place.

Ben you should get some better help to finish the Classic Stang. it's clear that there are issues stopping you finishing it. But get some help either a colab with B is for build or at least Oscar or someone who has built a classic stang. It would be a shame to see it trailered off like the fastback was.
