I would recommend steel hydraulic stakes so you can lower the side and push the logs off and maximize your time

yes even hard steel and there should be one wrop or string at the front of the trailer to keep thoses trunks in place , for shure , you can never be enough careful with such loads , sorry for y english i a dutch , keep itr up and be careful , we only have one life , and one incident happend some times without rewarnings and unpredictible

Check your exhaust pipe. When you were filming it went by your exhauset pipe and you can see right thru it. That may be the reason your truck sounds so loud. You have a hole in your tail pipe.

I’m retired from Detroit Police Department as a Detroit Police Reserve officer served 22 years with Detroit !! I had a class a CDL I gave it up and went down to driving straight vehicles which was a class B then after I retired I gave up the CDL all together and just kept my chauffeurs license but I got many years of driving also 20 years to be exact !! When I get set up in Florida I got to find me a little part-time job to supplement my income being retired !!

good afternoon guys i was wandering how is the wood worm inside those pine logs i leave in St. Augustine Florida and if i leave a pine log uncut for more then 4 month the worm are mighty deep inside them and i even put my logs above ground though to make rustic looking board they do look great but not for structural use let us know how they look like well you guys have a great day always enjoy seeing all of you work together

you are correct, the pines do get a lot of worm holes but that gives it character.

Yeah they get in some of the logs pretty bad. We haven’t had any issues lately.

Hello guys!! I have a quick question, I believe I heard Trey say that the pine logs had been setting for a yr on the ground. Is it better to mill them after being cut down for awhile or after the tree is freshly been cut. Just curious as I’m buying a saw mill and was wanting to know. Thx guys and happy milling

Time to invest in some 4" channel for the trailer instead of the 2x material. I like watching sawml and making boards and whatnots. I would not pay to watch your videos.
