Brilliant the hinge on the door did it for me. My ring had a very large piece to get through the gap, a bird's fan tail, and I had nearly given up but your video got me over the line. It wasn't as simple as your ring but the satisfaction when it came together was worth the frustration. Thank you

I’ve had mine for years and learnt to do it as a kid. A friend loved it and bought one then came to me when she couldn’t do it; that’s when I realised the slight difference in the design of the 4BDS. Problem now solved, thank-you.

My friend took apart my ring before I had a chance to study it, this is the only video that got me to put it back together. The only time consuming part is getting the figure 8. Now I take it apart all the time when I'm bored :) thanks!

Ive had this ring for more than ten years, and it was apart for more than 7 or 8 of those years! Omgosh thank you SOOO much for this video! I got it in less than 5 minutes! You rock!!

I took it to jewelers with no luck, i then watched the video over and over and yahoo I got it.

The 'twist' is the most vital action. You have to trap those other pieces. I'm only ever able to successfully complete the puzzle if I hold it upside down. Hers are the best instructions I've found yet.

I used to date a guy who had a gold ring just like this one. I've always wanted one in my size, in 18 k gold because I am allergic to any gold of lesser karats. Watching this video I totally remember how he taught me to solve the puzzle. This was back in 1968. Love this ring!

if gravity doesnt work for you, after letting the first diamond shape fall on the same side, grab and align the oter two and guide them into the figure 8 as you do the twist-turn to put first two together, remember to slightly pull on the rings to simulate gravity

my internal bands are not crossing...
