See as I mentioned in the video, if you are using them for exercises in which you put weight on them then it's not a great option, otherwise for basic exercises it works well.

bro, pvc dumbells get damaged easily. these plates are big, and you can't stack much on a single bar/rod. iron/steel dumbells are long lasting and until their paint/coating isnt removed, they wont get rusted.

@@bhavikdeshpande Not really if you are using it as I mentioned in the video, ofcourse long term durability of metal ones will be more but at the same time it's expensive, I still use these PVC dumbells few days a week.
