Thats so cool i had that in my knees!! The way I learned it was after standing up from my chair after a CS course and I kind of collapsed to the floor in pain. Not malignant but very painful.

Pigmented Villonodular Synovitis (PVNS) and Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor (TGCTd) Diffuse Type alltogether seems somewhat complex. The Neoplasia is described as Non-Cancerous by the Rheumatologist while the Pathologist is having to see Invasion/inflitration (The Diagnostic Criteria of Malignancy) and also knowingly a Progressive Proliferation of Synovial Tissue. The nomenclature of Inflammation (Synovitis) seems to be a misnomer also, for Inflammation of the Synovium is usually a reactive consequence and can have a Complication of Proliferation. Positron Emission Tomography/Computerized Tomography (PET/CT) is utilized and lights up indicating Pathology. There is pain and swelling on the Inflammation and a mass. This Diagnosis if made by the Pathologist would be somewhat contradictory. If it is Neoplasia excision and IM Corticosteroids if Inflammatory is the Treatment, but what will it be. Xanthomas and Halo Cells on Biopsy do not make it any more diagnostic in either Characterization of the Disease Entity. .... Aber es geht gut wenn man Gesundheit immer macht. Prost!

Yes I think that’s still ok. Or you can just call it “tenosynovial giant cell tumor, diffuse type” in a case like that since technically not pigmented.
