I’ve just discovered her 7 years later of the releasing of this album while getting over from a traumatic time of my life which lasted almost 2 years. This song is really how I felt while fighting my illness and convincing this person and myself that I was still trying to survive, it feels like they scape from me as the song advances this is so beautiful and sad at the same time, amazing job❤️

The producers behind this is what is making this that good. Perfect match to this wonderful singer songwriter. It would be really hard to re do that full sound live, without back up recordings. Lot of processing & engineering tricks. Fantastic song & production

I don't listen to PVRIS everyday like i used to anymore, but i come back every once in a while to binge their discography. They always remind me of a girl that i fell really hard in love with, we bonded over our love for the band who were relatively unknown at the time and i would always say we didn't have a song, we had a band that reminded us of each other. She's gone now, but I'll always cherish the memories and always love these songs!

I related to this song so much when my baby’s father never wanted to give me much attention, always got mad at me for no reason, made me feel like I wasn’t enough. I felt we were falling apart. He stopped complimenting me and randomly showed love.. I felt so broken and confused. I always tried to ask how can we fix it but it felt like he was never listening and when he was he never wanted to talk about it he would just turn me down and get mad. One day he was angry at me and the next day he was okay.. gave his phone and the people he was talking to more attention then me. We eventually broke up and hasn’t really been in my sons life since...
