Black cardamom- 1
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
