I am a stress eater and I have trying to manage my stress for many years but in the way I have gained a lot of weight. I am 90 kg. And yes. The key is to be confident and be around the right people. Nobody is perfect and when I started to talk normally about my weight and laughed it off. People stopped pointing at me. Now there are just occasional comments which are received by even the most slim girls because we are habitual to comment on the weight of other persons during functions and weddings specially. So, yes. You are no less than anyone else if you are facing a problem. And also I am continuously trying to manage my stress problem because obesity is not good for health and I am more worried about myself than the society.

I was 110 kg with 2 kids pregnancy n u know what ma depression ma esly ja ri ti log mjhy 23 ki age ma bodhi khny lgy husband ny ak br kha ab mery sath chlty pindo lgti ho or ak bar khusra kh deya now he is denying k kb kha but i was cried alot infront of mirror then i decided jo b jo jy weight km kr k dekhao gi hr koi hsta ta mjh pr even my elder sisters too jo mjh se 14 sl bari ha bary bety ki birth k bd 102 se 86 kya sec kid pr 110 se ab 72 pr ha height 5.7 ha, lkn aj b jb logo ka tanz or wo nazrain yad ati ha oth jti ho excercise k ly, khandan k logo k ly mai inspiration ho, bt u know ab log khty h moti achi lgti ti face khrab kr lya color dull skin rough blah blah log phr b ksi hal m nhi chorty but im happy ab bp b contrl rhta ha khush ho jb puari dress up hoti ho or log ab mjhy result day p bacho ky principle ny jb kha pyari n slim smart mama agai ha 😅
