Do we need to set the button to timed on every time? If the clock is set to 24 winter .. means 12am midnight

My question is how much hot water will it give you after being on all night till 9.am. I find that I approximately get 1 maybe 2 showers in a day . If I'm lucky then or 1 shower and washing up a day. Then 1 of us misses out on showering that day .

how can I know that the timer already stop after I set it or it will stop when it heat the water enough or it will stop after an hour or two?

The main thing that should be on is the switch. The timer just controls when the heater comes so if it is set correctly it should come on automatically early in the morning say 4am and boil till 7am that way there’s hot water all day

My question is, does this have to be turned on for there to be hot water running during the peak period? Or is the function to help store hot water for off peak period

Yes it should be turned on and timer set correctly This way the boiler will turn on during off peak period 4am till maybe 7am and keep the water hot for most of the day depending on usage

If you set the correct time it should come on like at 4am and boil till 7am so there’s hot water for most of the day depending on usage

i live in a shared apartment & somebody messed up the timer settings. i want to understand that when i try to rotate the timer clockwise and the timed indicator turn on, does that mean that i have got the timer settings correct? Thank you.

Nope it doesn’t Keep turning until you set to the correct time

Is that normal that Booster start automatically whit out to touch it? We just got this install it, it’s set it for winter time but booster it’s on most of the time, even I turn it back off, after few min it’s going on again…..

I don’t think that’s normal. You should contact the agent to get an electrician to have a look

Our timer light doesn’t come on at all, it only works when we boost, do we have a fault with the timer?

We are facing the same issue.. the light is now not turning on and the boiler is not heating the water during the timed period

If the timer(timed) indicator doesn’t come on at all then you might need to contact an electrician. If the clock is set correctly it should come on during the early hours of the day say 4-7am

To change from summer to winter just turn it till the correct time is on the winter line

I.e set it at 17 at 5pm but then at 10pm there should be 22 at the summer time line?
