You're a great ambassador for Malaysia and the game! Motivated me to escape Arizona this August for a 6 week trip starting in KL and hopefully golfing all over the peninsula. You should get a slice from the MY tourism board 😁 It seems like such an underrated golf destination (coming from the US). Thanks for all the vids, keep it up!

That’s awesome! You can also stop by Singapore while you’re here, it’s only an hour flight away. Haha would love to work with the Malaysian tourism but I don’t think that’s on their radar 😅

This Canadian has been to Singapore and absolutely loved it. Was not expecting such insane humidity though, I swear it was harder to walk because the humidity was so thick.

toughest part of golf is the 6 inches between the ears, a good snack on the course is raisins, chocolate covered if you find them.

Hello Gen. I have a 10 year old daughter who loves watching your show. Jess is a great golfer and we are heading to larger tournaments this summer. Her biggest struggle is her emotions when she has a few bad shots. Any suggestions for her to keep her happy and continue to play?

Hey Gen! I love that OCC is supporting you and what a great idea to promote the course and support you! I used to play in the Monday evening league at OCC - will be interesting to see how you find reading greens under lights! Next time you're in Singapore you should try and organise a meet up (or maybe you did and I missed it!). Also - love you showing the world that many of us Malaysian Chinese boleh cakap Malayu! We don't all just speak Chinese!

I had a 9 hour layover in Singapore going to Phuket. It was during covid lockdown so I couldn't do the taxi tour of the city while waiting for my next flight. Would love to of played golf there but I'm knocking on the door of retirement now and I can no longer do it. Going to Phuket in November for 3 weeks (my last trip) if you are not on tour do you fancy a little holiday and some golf Gen?

My question is how you gone away from hybrids and gone to a five and seven wood? Do you loose fairly stiff shafts in your irons?

I have a hybrid still! A 5 hybrid which is in between my 5 iron and 7 wood. I use my 5 iron for 175 carry shots and my hybrid for 185 and my 7 wood for 195 so it works out in terms of distance for me and if I want something to stop faster I’ll choose the hybrid over the 5 iron!
