Jesus is the King of the Day of Judgement (Qr. 43:77) so a Judge must be sinless. The word Maalik is used only 3 times in the Quran, in the singular form, and on the level of this Book it refers exclusively to God, so Jesus is also God.

So i have a question. When the Angel came to Mary and said, “So that i will confer upon you a pure boy.” Could that also mean that any child born out of wedlock is considered a “child with sin?” I hope that I’m expressing my question correctly. For example, any child born by two parents within wedlock is considered a “pure child”? Even though, we know that once a child is born, the child is considered sinless until the child gets to a certain age. God gave out 613 mosaic laws in the Torah. One of them was to be fruitful and multiply. As far as we know, Jesus didn't have a wife nor children. So technically speaking, he disobeyed a direct command from God. Unless Jesus did have a wife and kids, and the gospels didn't mention it, which is a possibility. But if we are going soley off scripture, Jesus disobeyed a direct command given by God, which would technically make him a sinner, even if it's just a minor sin. So based on the Torah he wasn't 100% perfect.

Jahwe needed to become a Son (Jesus) in order to replace humans in receiving the just consequences of the breaking of the FURQAN from Sinai, i.e. the DEKALOG - humas received mercy instead of justice which was taken by God representing them as a human in front of the merciless and unchangeable Law from Sinai. GOD IN HUMAN FLESH = ALL HUMANKIND - Jesus was not just an ordinary innocent man then. Allah did not need to do that because He Himself replaced the Dekalog by a lighter Law, which I call Reformed Law or Reformed Furqan, which among others universally allows believers (muslims) to kill infidels, which is against the fifth commandment of Jahwe. Christians breaking this commandment similarly are on the dark side of the Furqan given to Moses on Sinai. If one breaks one commandment, one at the same time breaks all the Law and is guilty of it. In the eyes of Jahwe, Allah's Furqan is a transgression of Law, so they are not one and the same God, as the two Furqans do not overlap. Moreover, Jahwe went one step higher, that is by giving us thru Jesus the commandment of love, which is the third and highest Furqan reflecting the original and only Law from heaven - LOVE. So there are three Furqans: 1. from Kalvary, the highrest one, 2. from Sinai - a lower one, and 3. from Mekka - the lowest one going to the times of Abraham when there was no Law yet (the first Law given by God to humans was the Dekalog from Sinai, which Allah gets rid of). This is represented by the days of the week: Friday - no Law yet, Saturday - Dekalog, Sunday - perfect love, even of enemies and persecutors. So when we say that God had a Son, we mean Jahwe and not Allah, who did not need a Son at all, because He lightened the Law by abolishing the Dekalog and returning to the times of Abraham - in so doing Allah successfully returned many people form the Salvation path offered to them by Jahwe via His Son, the Saviour Jesus Christ.
