Maui is the cutest name for a cat, oh my goodness 😍So good Cay! Completely agree with turning to worship music, the joy of the Lord & people you love in hard times. (Also - I can't believe the preacher told you that ughh)

She’s precious! I thought the name was adorable! My mom actually hated it, but now she’s liking it better that she’s used to it! Haha 🤣😁❤️Thank you so much!!! It was definitely discouraging, but I’m glad he did that to me instead of someone else!😬

I agree on the modesty thing. From a guys perspective, when I first became a Christian in 2008, my pastor taught me the art of "bouncing my eyes" off temptation. What that means is that when women are dressed in more revealing clothing, as a Christian man, I have a responsibility to turn my eyes away so as not to lead my brain into sinful thoughts. It's ok to admire and acknowledge that someone is beautiful, pretty, whatever, but just don't linger. It's been 12 years so it's second nature now. I can look at a woman my mind finds physically attractive without allowing bad thoughts in, but if I'm just passing on the street, my subconscious is trained to simply look past. I don't judge either, or at least I try not to. My advice? When deciding what to wear, consider who it might attract. If that's what or who you're aiming for, go get 'em! But if not, maybe crop top isn't the right shirt? I appreciate females who don't dress in skimpy clothes. They make my job of avoiding evil thoughts a little bit easier... Just a side note, I don't like gawking. I really hate when females wear shorts or pants with words on the butt. I always feel the need to read words on clothing, so naturally I want to see what it says, but not where it's worn.... There, my rant is done. I could do a whole video just talking about this stuff! Lol! 🤣😂💙🙂🤗

I feel like we see eye-to-eye completely on this topic! The way I was raised is the way I dress in videos - nothing revealing or scandalous. I am grateful that my parents never judged others who wore different clothing than they preferred, and luckily, that mindset transferred to my siblings and I! I completely agree - if you’re LOOKING for attention, go for it! If not, maybe reconsider! That’s not a popular opinion, but it is definitely my opinion on it! I also hate writing on the “butt” of pants! There’s only one explanation! Hahaha. 😁 Great to hear from you! I hope you’re well, brother!

@@caygabe5 Thanks... I'm good. Honestly, really excited! I can always get more video at the arboretum this winter- different look, different vibe. Plus I still have 21 more videos to upload over the next several weeks- don't want to overwhelm anyone. However, this weekend, I'm going to try to catch the sunset over devil's lake, about an hour north. I know, I'm not a fan of the name either, but the park is gorgeous! I can climb to the top of the small mountain on either side of the lake. I want to capture the fall colors reflecting in the lake from atop whichever side will get me the better video. I've climbed both sides many, many times over the years so I know what I'm getting into. I always take the path back down, but I climb straight up, over boulders and up a couple straight walls, no safety gear except steel toe boots, although I've done it in tennis shoes too. Many people have died there over the years, it's definitely not for everyone, but I love it! Last year I went there by myself as a birthday treat. The path coming back down was really confusing and I got lost. I called the park ranger. They offered to send someone to help, but I said I'm physically fine, have light (it was really dark by this time), just need directions. So I told her where I was, using a specific bench as a landmark, and she told me whatever number of feet toward whichever direction, I will turn onto a trail. Anyway, she only asked that I call again when I make it down so she doesn't unnecessarily send a search party, which I gratefully did. It was so much fun! Lol! 😂🤣

FINALLY!!! I agree that modern worship music would make church so fun for the younger crowd! You are such an amazing person, Cay. Keep doing what you're doing! I can see the lord's light shining in your eyes and it's so wonderful!

I really appreciate you trying to come at modesty non-judgmentally. Like that speaker at the event you went to, unfortunately a lot of people are more judgmental about it than they should be. I'm a Christian woman and I personally don't believe in modesty in the way of that anyone should cover up their body so that someone else doesn't feel lust or stumble. I think that's a toxic ideology that stems a lot more from purity culture than it does Christianity and the Bible. Personally the way I believe in modesty is that we shouldn't use our clothes or jewelry and such to show off how much money we have and to make ourselves look and feel better than other people for it. I think that's a more Christ-like and biblically accurate take on modesty. And I think everyone should just dress however they feel most comfortable for themselves, whether that means showing a lot of skin or nearly none at all.

Hay cay hi... Good to see ur video again . U was sharing about what happened in the church and so and so... So I wanna share a small story hope it will help . One lady came to pastor and said pastor your church has a lot of hypocrites I'm leaving . your church has young people sitting on the phones and texting and on the social media when you're preaching and see what they are wearing. And the pastor said ok u can leave but before you do can I ask u to do something? And she said what would you have me to do ? He gave her a glass of water filled it to the full and he says .I want you to walk with this glass around the church four times.she walking for four times .she came back to the pastor .she said pastor , I did what you asked me . I walked for four times . Well , you're free to go but before u go. let me ask u a question have u noticed any hypocrites as you were walking around the church? She say no I haven't . He says isn't that interesting did u know why you didn't notice that? Cause you were focused on your water . See when you come to church and u focus on GOD hypocrites will always be there you just won't notice them.
