Hi andi small info ma kids 5th grade lo usa vachadu he is struggling in ELA still so 5 th lo EOG pass avaledu MY question is EOG pass avaka pothe middle school or high school problm avuthada??? Will they promote to next grade if they still not passing their EOG's?

Hello andi, my daughter is 9th grader 2023-2024 . Currently she is going for karate out side of the school, she is not going for school sports . Does karate still count for sportz?

Thank you Harahi. You are really educating parents. kids and parents are confused and taking more AP courses to get higher GPA which is creating more pressure. Do colleges also consider student ranking I guess based on GPA. In other words class Ranking is based on your GPA which gets boosted based on more AP courses?

As per your answers , AP courses need to be taken based on what they try to pursue in future. But any thoughts on AP human geography (9th grade) course and how does it help towards college ?He is trying to go into medical field

Is there an honors class or program? I thought if a child scores more than 90 in all core subjects they get honors. Please clarify?

There are 2 ways - it varies by states, If the kid excelled in a particular subjects teacher recommends to put Honors or sometimes school puts a test to get into honors. Hope this helps!

Not really andi, they didn't take any platforms like kumon etc. Instead, they used to prepare at home!
