My lease completion date is the second week in February 2024. I'm going to take 1.5 months off. I want to do a lease/purchase when I come back at the end of March, beginning of May. When would I need to place my new truck order?

We don’t have an exact date of when orders will open up for March delivery yet, but we can tell you we just moved to ordering January deliveries. We recommend checking back in on the website periodically until you see the desired month you would like for your truck to deliver. Thanks for watching!

What if you want a Peterbilt and there aren't any at the time you upgrade? Can you wait for someone to turn one in or do you all know when you would be getting that specific truck?

We would suggest doing a short 3-month lease on an available truck so you are not just sitting and then ordering a Peterbilt. You can always call and talk to the leasing department at 888-491-1240 if you have any other questions!

Hi, I'm doing a regular lease and my truck is broke down in the dealer right now. freightliner does not have the part to repair the truck and my fleet told me that I still have to pay for the truck, I do not understand and it does not make sense that I pay for a truck a week that the truck is broke down and I could not make any money not because of me its because the truck is damaged. If the truck is damaged for a week, I shouldn't pay for a week for a truck that is damaged at the dealer, right? How this work in this case please ? Or that mean if my truck it’s broke for a month a going to be negative for 4 weeks with the truck in the dealer ? Thank you

Do lease trucks have warranty for repairs and how does payment on repairs work if they do have a warranty?

Yes! All of our lease units have a manufacturer warranty that is 4 years or 600K miles whichever comes first on major components. Our used trucks that we lease that have over 25,000 miles also have a 90-day Success Lease Warranty.

No, you can go right into leasing a truck.

Yes after 18 months the truck can be purchased or at the end of the lease, they can do a lease purchase.

No there are not options for mid roof Kenworth or Volvos at this time.

What is the difference between lease and lease purchase the difference on the Prime side and successless inside

A standard lease is our no credit check, no money down, walkaway lease option. If you complete a standard lease, you would return the truck and we will pay out a bonus to you based off the authorized dispatched miles you put on the truck during your time on the lease. The lease purchase option requires a total down payment of $14k down, $5k of this must be paid upfront in order to place your order and then you will choose between a 3 or 4 year contract. At the end of the contract, you will have a $100 balloon payment to complete the pay off of your truck and the truck would be yours.

If you completed a year and you want to do a standard lease to customize a truck. Is there a down payment and do you pay for upgades up front or over time

If you have been leasing less, then a year then they must pay for them before we will order the truck. If you have been leasing more than a year, then we can run it through the settlement over 10 weeks per the dispatcher’s approval.

It all depends on if they have any available at the time you are upgrading.

At this time, we are can not place any orders with Peterbilt. We still working on a contact with them. Until we can come to an agreement, we will not know what we can get on next year model trucks.
