پلیز مجھے بتائیں ک میری شگر روٹی جینی چاول اور ہائی کاربز چھوڑ کر بھی 200 سے زیادہ شگر ہیے عمر 66 سال ہیے وزن 48 کلو ہیے ہائٹ 5.4 فٹ ہیے کاؤنٹ آٹا ورثہ آٹا لیتی ہوں اور دودھ والی چائے دو ٹائم لیتی ہوں انڈے اصلی گھی اور مکھن لیتی ہوں لیکن جتنا آپ کھانا بتا رہے ہیں اسکا آدھا میری خوراک ہیے مگر پھر بھی شگر اسپائک کرتی ہیے ایک ،گھنے میں تکلیف ہیے اسلیئے واک کرنا مشکل ہو جاتی ہیے دو چار منٹ کی ورزش کر لیتی ہوں مشورہ دیں کیا کروں
