+Felipe Venturim I think it may regard to airspace. In America the airspace above major airports has a limit of 200 knots and the surrounding area has 250 knots limit.

Same i wanna seat near the engine at window side but the thing is engine side seat is bussiness class and it is expensive

@@mohammadtahsinuddin Not always business class. You can also get a window seat next to the engine flying economy on airlines like Ryanair or Lufthansa (for example their CRJ900) or Emirates (most of their A380s)
