I'm pretty sure they used that opportunity to size up Daniels to the other QBs because of his weight and size, to see was he really that smaller than the other prospects

I remember how slight and skinny Lamar was and how so many scouts said he’d break in half. People said he needed to bulk up and play WR. That’s why I think Daniels will most likely be a beast. He’ll do whatever it takes to succeed.

Lamar was shorter and stockier with waaaaaaaaay better lateral movement. RGIII was a linebacker compared to Daniels and RGIII looked like a ragdoll at the NFL level.

This interview did not aleviate my concerns about Jayden and durability even a little. In fact, I think I feel worse about it. I'm a washington fan and it was about a decade ago I had a front row seat for what the NFL does to mobile QBs with track athlete bodies. The fact that he's already getting lit up in car crash level hits in college scares me for how he's going to last in the NFL. And if he's not seeing the danger because he's mis-estimating how fast guys close on him, how are you going to teach him to protect himself?

You do realize that RG3 had already had a torn ACL in college. Suffered the same injury in the NFL. There have been athletes much slimmer in much higher contact positions on the field. Ultimately we got them. I could care less what the fans think about it. The front office could care less also! HTTR!

Two words 'maximum protection' . Keep as many protectors in for J.D as possible. He proved that he can take the hits, well good, but for how long before he finally wears down and breaks? Just look at what happened to Sam Howell. Gotta protect your investment.

Daniels is thin won’t be able to run like he did at LSU. He didn’t protect himself when he ran too. If he does that in the NFL, he won’t last long at all. Better do a lot of sliding.

Richardson was so injury-prone in college. that's a horrible example. last year I said he was going to be a bust and be injured and sure enough he was injured.

Your family was smoking crack Respectfully… Daniel’s is the second best QB to line up behind Center in LSU history and it’s not even debatable.
