Ingredients for Mutton Qeema
oil 2 tbsp
garlic paste 1 tbsp
ginger paste 1 tbsp
haldhi 1/2 tsp
dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
keema mutton 1/2 kg
Water 2 glass
pressure cooker for 12 min
onion 1 chopped
Green chilli 3 to 4
dhaniya 3 to 4 tbsp
Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
kali mirch 1/2 tsp
direction
on working surface, place bread slices and cut the edges with knife and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
wet the edges with water and add filling in the center , Roll out and seal the edges .
now dip into ( flour + water ) slurry and coat in Bread crumbs .
Can be freeze up to two weeks in freezer.
In wok heat oil and fry until golden brown.
