This beginner Qigong practice focuses on Qigong for the head, neck and shoulders. The combination of Qigong self-massage and Qigong body tapping techniques help to release neck and shoulder tension that we accumulate from daily stresses, long hours behind the desk or other fitness activities. You can do this sequence on the edge of your couch (as I am), in a chair or standing up. Practice regularly to release tension and let the Qi flow.

I love how you have a variety of videos that address one area of the body. I liked another neck and shoulders video, but I love how this introduced other exercises that I can add to my repertoire. I felt looser, warmer, and happy to get back into Qigong after slacking fo some weeks.

Thanks Kseny! I appreciate you vids a lot. The explanations helps me become more aware and make it more intentionally for me. I was dealing with a lot of neck and shoulder tension which is causing me a huge headache, lack of focus and don't have the energy to be motivated. Oh, this is so good! 💜 I just found out about Qigong and decided to do some exercises. Exactly today my headache is at its worst. As an illustrator, I also suffer from neck and shoulder pains because of my posture while working.
