A new way to make brownie cake! Best chocolate cake I've ever had! Extremely soft and delicious
📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
100g Dark chocolates
80ml (1/3 cup) Milk
50g (3 tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
25g (3 tbsp) Cocoa powder
30g (1/4 cup) Cake flour
3 Eggs
5g (1 tsp) Lemon juice
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
Chocolate chips
170°C (340°F) bake for 30 minutes

Baking powder wouldn't be needed in this recipe. It doesn't need it to rise because that's what the egg whites whipped up are for. They are folded in gently which gives the cake it's lightness. The flour you would use would be all purpose flour. Not strong flour/bread flour
