@@dunnyvan there is a big difference in players too in the regions and europe west has the most followed by southeast asia, russia and cis and then us east. There are significantly less players in NA so his rank was way higher.

I'm just a noob, but I believe it's so dire can't predict the bear's movements as easily. With that t2, top rax is safe, so they only need to cover mid and bot. Bot has only a melee, which regens if they can catch the bear before it kills it, so they can allocate one hero to mid and keep a reactionary tp for bot and everyone else can play the map (you see razor farming above top t2 around this time). With the t2 gone, qojqva can rat all three lanes. Much harder for the enemy to cover all three, much harder to guess which he'll hit next, and less map vision and tp range to keep track of the bear. Even if he leaves the t2 up and succeeds clearing mid and bot rax, that just means dire only has to hold top and t4's. If the t2 is gone, he can do what he does at 25:25, ratting multiple lanes while his team makes noise.
