- : የዳቦ አሰራር // How to cook Ethiopian food
Ingredients:-
- : 11/2 cups all purpose flour ( 11/2 ኩባያ የፍርኖ ዱቄት)
- : 1/2 cup warm water ( 1/2 ኩባያ ሞቅ ያለ ውሀ)
- : 2 tbs oil ( 2 የሾርባ ማንኪያ ዘይት)
- : 1 tbs sugar (1 የሾርባ ማንኪያ ስካር)
- : 1/2 tsp salt ( 1/2 የሻይ ማንኪያ ጨው)
- : 1 tsp yeast ( 1 የሻይ ማንኪያ እርሾ)
- : Marmalade or Jam
- : ማርማራት
- : Black seed ( optional)
- : ጥቁር ቅመም
- : Cook on low heat for 40 minutes and flip it, cook another 20 minutes.
- : እሳቱን እስከመጨረሻው ቀንሰን ለ 40 ደቂቃ እናበስለው እና ገልብጠን ለ 20 ደቂቃ እናበስለዋለን።
