I actually can understand why runway models have less diversity in terms of body shape and height because its easier for the designer to make all their outfits the same size instead of tailoring to every singly model in the show (plus who knows, there could be a las minute change in models and having to redo an entire outfit is just too much).

These days many Koreans who have one monolid and one double lid will go and get surgery so that they're symmetrical. If you look at some cosmetic surgery clinic ads, you can find some photos showing how that kind of situation can be corrected. And in fact, so many people get the eyelid surgery fairly early (at 18, or even 16, during school holiday breaks) if they had monolids on both eyes, that the small % that will develop the 1 mono, 1 double which later ages to 2 doubles - they never get the chance for that to happen as they get surgery on both eyelids.
