I had an event I was planning and never got a call back, high level incompetence that I would suggest permeates more than just that dept. Well, lets hope the Director of Performance and Marti can get us goals coz that's what we need to win games and the lack of them is exactly why we're going down.

A few red flags already - a) claims to have been in football for 11 years, when he turns 27 next month by most accounts I can find online. So he has been in football since he was 15 apparently, which leads to all sorts of questions. b) At the end he says the following; "This is a club that is in central London, there is absolutely no reason that other people couldn't necessarily decide to just go and support a Premier League club at this moment in time, but the reason they don't is, they absolutely adore this place" So this is a guy who has been in football for 11 years and..... does not understand football fandom. Not exactly promising signs, but perhaps he has some analytics expertise that might help the club out? What is strange is it was only 13-14 months ago when most people (prior to Beale being linked to Wolves) would have been pretty damn happy with how QPR were going - not everyone, but most would have been fairly content. 13-14 months later and we look headed for League 1 and are hiring a 26 year old as CEO who looks like he has next to no experience...

Sorry guys I’m sure he’s a good man so of course wish him well. However, I cannot see anything other than League 1 next season. The club is £90+ million in debt and losing £24+ million per year! There are just too many rumours out there about (a) ability to pay our FFP fine and (b) no money for investing in new players. Perhaps the board can make an announcement that quashes all the rumours and negativity?

I'm certainly not shocked were not making no signings in January specially when we're loosing just over 2mill a month which obviously works out 24mill a year just gotta stay as optimistic as possible and get behind marti and the lads ans We could claw it back ans remain in the league. Interesting. Seems like a VERY non-football appointment. Much like Hoos. So stay in your lane. Analytics and data doesn't account for emotion, storytelling and blind loyalty. That's not something you'll find in a pie chart. You learn it and feel it over time.

Well, I have my reservations but also believe in giving everyone a chance. Just hope he learnt a bit more from his review of the club than just that the staff cared, or that he can’t say what else he learnt for confidentiality reasons, as that’s not a lot of insight, and certainly not enough to think we’ve got to go all in and recruit the guy. And we need to win games this appointment is window dressing...hes the full guy ..when we go down he will be paid off and blamed for everything that went wrong.. he will also walk away smiling with a big pay cheque ... The success of qpr is in results... So the people who make a lot of money from this club need to understand that you don't win football matches with accountants.

Nice bloke, knows his business no doubt but 13 days into the January transfer window and not a sniff of any incoming players. Longevity is one thing to be talking about in January but surely staying up is a must. Relegation and we could be in league 1 for a while. Most of our creative players are running down their contracts. What is going on @ QPR
