Qs273 upgrades / repairs 3.5T. Rim and spokes broke. Crappy metal on the rim and spokes. Upgraded to a 70mm stainless steel 8G spoke and a 19” Tusk rim. Had to weave the spokes straight and only on the inside due to the size. Also had to drill slightly bigger holes for the bigger spokes and my motor did not have the reliefs cut in to thread the spokes so I took a grinder to it to do this.
Also did a brake upgrade awhile back. Wedged a mix disc to the 203mm disc for greater grabbing power and to use an MX style hydraulic caliper. Single piston…
