Qtaro Kujo doesn't have the ability to stop time, he has the ability to absolutely manipulate time. He can reverse time and walk freely in the vacuum of space, he can erase time to see the actions of other people before it happens so he can change his destiny, he can stop time completely around the infinite multiverse and allows absolutely nobody to move in it, he can literally break and create time itself... He has mastered the plot armour and can now use it at will to make his ability everything or anything he wants.
