I would be interested to see a version of master baker where beforehand, Qt teaches all of the recipes in one big baking class for the participants. The contestants then have one hour to try and teach someone else how to make it, in the allotted time

Make it so the top 2 of each season (so 6 in total) are partnered with the bottom 2 from each season. So top 2 as the teachers and bottom 2 as the do-ers.

All the tasks given are so complicated. I don't think anyone would do a good job at it if you gave them a picture, recipe list, and the right equipment laid out. It almost feels like the contestants are being asked to invent food. 😂

I really wish Nick had stuck with the Oreo theme the whole season. He could have just separated Oreo cookies from the cream and soaked the cookies in the coffee, layered it, and called it a day.

I think for future seasons QT should allow the bakers to watch her guide video one time, and take one page of notes as fast as they can while they watch the video. The recipes and baking would still be terrible, but there would be a bit more direction in the baking process and the recipes would be more easily comparable. Im sure a lot of people love how hectic the blind baking is, but I actually like it when someone kind of gets it right with a bunch of little weird mistakes.
