I feel like I just sat in front of you on a telemedicine appt! I’ve broken both sides of my pelvis over the last 30 yrs and fast forward to the CrossFit era. My hips have progressively gotten more angry w me and this last Murph they’d had enough! I haven’t found much relief since May! Can’t wait to put some of these steps into practice. I kno I need to work on the “little stuff” but in the fast paced 20th century it’s so hard to slow down- until ur forced to!😳💥 Thank you for sharing your expertise 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💕

It can be hard to slow down for sure, but definitely worth it to come back stronger!

This is awesome. I have overactive deep hip rotators and a weaker glute max on one side giving the feeling of psoas tightness. What is the best way to rehab this imbalance ? Happy to consult you further on this. Looking forward to your response. Thanks.

hi! Side lying wall press like a wall slide? With one's back facing the wall and heel pressing back?

I’m 63 y/ o and I have bowed legs. I haven’t exercised in a while and started barre classes 2 mos ago. I can’t balance on one leg because I have to shift my hip too far. I have trouble balancing with alternating single leg squats because my foot turns out when I step back. I have hip pain that wakes me during the night and no pain during the day. What can I do to maximize my mobility without injuring my knees. I know my bony structure will only adjust so much.

What movements specifically should I work on to get my hip joint in a better position to relax my psoas? Thanks!

I love Iliacus Pullbacks to get the hip joint further back into the socket.
