Thank you! None of this is explained in the manual and the manual doesn’t even come with the applian. You have to go online to get the manual and it says absolutely nothing about how to use the controls. This video is invaluable as these types of digital controls are not self explanatory. Love most things about this refrigerator but absolutely hate these digital controls.

According to the presenter (expert?), putting the refrigerator in vacation mode allows a user to raise the temperature to 30 degrees F. However, when I entered vacation mode on my unit, the highest setting I could achieve was 5 degrees F.

Thanks for the vid! The fan that brings cold air up into my fridge stopped working after a year of having it. I had a technician out for this issue a few months back and the day he came to replace it, the fan magically started working again. That was after a week without the fridge working. The issue has resumed without warning and i am at a loss. Whirlpool has taken zero responsibility for the issue and the repair is costly. I am at a loss and wondering if you have any suggestions? Anyone else experiencing this issue? When the tech was here he said the fridge is too new to even know if this is widespread with these models
