Dr. Simone and Toya catch up and speculate on where Quad has been, but there's a new sheriff in town - Lateasha, best known as Sweet Tea, Dr. G's new fiancée. Dr. Jackie and Dr. Heavenly bond over shopping at their friend Miss Phaedra Parks' store.

Ok if you watched my Married to Medicine Trailer Reactions video a few weeks ago. You know that I was initially really excited about the show’s new season but after watching the trailer, I had a bit of a meltdown. So that’s why I was a little hesitant to review the premiere because aint nobody got time to be trying to force a conversation about a show if it aint giving nothing, but baby I tuned in and within the first few minute I paused the episode and pulled out my iPad because I have thoughts!
First of all let me give my girls their flowers. Married to Medicine I dunno like I feel like we don’t give them enough credit. These ladies are all smart beautiful and hilarious and I just feel like I love that they are upholding black opulence and carrying Black Bravo Excellence on their back all while being relatable, authentic, and just so fun to watch.
Returning this season are Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Toya Bush Harris and Quad Webb.

Ok so I feel Dr. G and Sweet Tea are there for laughs and giggles. Dr Simone and Toya are embracing Sweet Tea to spite Quad. The common denominator in all of this is THE TRUE CHAMPION QUAD. And I’m not a huge Quad fan but I love how she move and hold her own.

This premiere episode was non-stop entertainment; Heavenly and Phaedra had me hollering! They took a chance to bring Ms. Parks in for season 10, and it's going to pay off WELL! As far as Sweet Tea....I was shocked to learn how she and Dr. G "met". Messy! But I'm here for it....

Definitely side-eying Sweet Tea for saying the best part of being engaged is the access to the $$ and the fact that she slid into his DMs don't sit well with my spirit. But on the positive side, she and Dr. G. both super corny and cheesy together and he can be his dorky self around her which is cute. This is a reality show. They don't owe Quad ANTHING and those women AREN'T her friends anyway. THEY DON'T LIKE HER!!!! Also, IF they actually wanted to save RHOA they would've made sure Phaedra and Porsha was in the next season, since they are fools not to bring Nene back. It's a simple and smart BUSINESS move.

Great Value Sweet Tea came out the gate and said the best thing about being engaged is having access to the money......but y'all keep coming for Quad tho 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Im glad to see Phaedra in the mix with these ladies, this should be a very interesting season! Girl giving false derogatory allegations about someone is definitely worth not having them in your space! If it wasn’t court ordered it should have been! Phaedra dug a hole for herself and jumped it while she was still digging it for Kandi! She has a career and now she has a new job! But I believe she learned her lesson! Personally I wouldn’t want her to be in my space with those type of allegations!

Im loving Phaedra, Quad and Heavenly already. Phae Phae is giving laughs, drama and fashion. Im so here for it. Sweet Tea is not my favorite so far, i dont think she's ready. Why would you come on this platform thinking there'll be no mention of Quad. Team Quad always.

It’s good to see Phaedra back on Bravo. Not dismissing what occurred between she and Kandi, but as the say the show must go on. Now to mention Quad’s name that many times in one scene, gives me enough reason why production keeps Ms. Quad on this show. I’m not sold yet on the Gregory and Sweet Tea affair. It seems as if this was someone’s messy idea to get Quad off the show, and it’s about to backfire.

I like that Dr. Greg is back and we get to see him and he gets to be on the platform that he help start. Quads been on here a long time telling her story on this platform. I’m happy to see Dr. Greg and I just need to bring Maria back and it would be complete. Also absolutely love Phaedra on the show with this cast. But 10 times better than real housewives of Atlanta

Unlike the Housewives franchise Quad was actually married to a doctor when the show started. She’s gone through a divorce, navigating singleness, she’s friends with the ladies/doctors in the group and now production brought her ex-husband and his fiancé on the show to be messy! She is extremely relevant to the show.

Sweet Tea is out of her league with this crew. It was hard to watch her. She is too young and limited. Cussing and saying sexual stuff doesn’t make you shine. Heavenly can get hood with the best of them, but she can also hold a conversation. Sweet Tea was struggling bad like a fish out of water.

The fact that Toya and Eugene hates Quad, and resents her coming for them all last season, ole flip floppin behind Simone has it out for Quad too. IMO Somone is too old to not have her own opinion/mind. Quad did nothing so egregious to Simone for her to have turned on her like that. Also don't forget the fact that Heavenly rides so hard for Quad, Simone doesn't like that either. Simons is immature and needs to grow up.💯
