Yes, you can see the two dots over her health it means you have two chances to heal yourself and when you use her ult it will recharge.

Probably. A lot of destruction buffs were active only when the characters were at less than 50% hp iirc I'm guessing he also got the 3* abundance blessing that share heals to the entire team, so the entire team heals when fu xuan triggered her talent

Why were activiting qingque's talent then just use her ult😭 isn't that just a waste of skill points?

Using her skill gives her DMG increase and triggering her talent gives her atk bonus. In this case he wants to buff her ult too so he use it right after triggering her talent. Can also be used as a guarantee in case the talent gacha failed despite using all of your skill points, and can be used before basic atk so that you can still spam your skill in the next turn

Ill explain it in Razor language. 4 same tiles, explosion hit. No same tiles, no explosion hit. Ult guaranteed 4 same tiles, explosion hit. Every tile swipe, more buff for her.

Use her Skills more than once in a turn until you get 4 matching Tiles. Get those, she has good damage. No Matching Tiles, no Damage
