Turned out very nice. Not everyone can visualize what a house renovation would look like and therefore scares a lot of people off. Everything he did isn’t necessarily difficult, but it’s a lot of hard work. The only part of the renovation I’d probably hire out is the electrical and plumbing as I’ve never done it before.

Bardzo im zazdroszczę w pozytywnym sensie. Potrafią wszystko zrobić sobie sami, mają umiejętności, sprzęt. Choćbym kupiła taki dom do remontu to i tak muszę wziąć ekipę. Nie znam się na budowie i nie mam sprzętu. Oni są fantastyczni.

SÍ, ES REALMENTE TODO UN PROYECTO HECHO REALIDAD!! Es mi caso, a mis 62 años hemos adquirido con pareja un departamento en muy mal estado, también hay que hacerle todas las instalaciones desde cero: electricidad, gas, agua, drenajes pluviales y cloacales... Retirado de revoques y algunos pisos.... De donde soy, los fríos o los calores no son extremos, las aislaciones son mas que todo acústicas e hídricas... pero no me voy a librar de hacer enormes reformas, y... si sé hacerlas, desde chico he trabajado en obras de construcción, pero me faltaría una ayudante como la del video (JA.. JA!!!!!) Hermosa quedó la casa!!! "lo que hemos hecho con nuestras propias manos.... se disfruta el doble!!!" Mis respetos a ambos.

Si a los 65 puedes remodelar toda una casa puedes hacer cualquier cosa, para los que creen que después de los 35 años ya sos viejo y no te contratan para ningún trabajo por la edad.

01:33 I find it unreasonable to use cotton to protect the house from heat, because I am often hot and humid, with lots of rain, it will destroy the house and cause mold.

Complimenti, restauro riuscito alla perfezione, con materiali da recupero, posso capirti perché anche io lavoro con il restauro da tanti anni.. lavoro con la sovraintendenza, quindi devi sapere fare tutto. Ottimo recupero della scala in legno, comunque so valutare le persone ingamba. Non è facile ..ci vuole solo passione. Spero di vederti presto su altri video. Well done re: the recording/editing, the framing, plumbing, electrical etc-everything that went into this video. One other thing; *thank you* for not doing what I often seen in other renovation videos i.e., to parade half dressed women around in the video as a sensual prop, and a means to keep as many people watching as possible.
