You really need to call down and let them know that they keep giving you food that is not work with your dietary restrictions. They need to understand that yogurt is not vegan. As someone who has a lot of dietary restrictions myself it always amazes me how little other people understand what qualifies as vegan or what qualifies as gluten-free or what qualifies as dairy-free. And to be fair for most people they don't need to understand those qualifications if it doesn't apply to them. But this is company that said they can meet your dietary requirements and they need to understand that they are getting something wrong.

100% agree, in this day and age it would help for people serving and providing food to know what is vegan or not, even more so in your case as you have dietary restrictions or for people that are allergic. I went to a cafe today that used to have soya pots but they weren't there, I asked if they have soya milk still and the lady said no, but we have semi-skimmed milk if that's any good!! I don't deal with dairy very well so I just said no thank you and went without. I wouldn't be one to educate them cos I don't want to sound preachy but they should know how bad it could be if someone who was allergic consumed an igredient they were allergic or intollerant to. Sorry for my long reply haha.

Especially as Dianne is already paying for it! I'd say the same about the pasta and be like look I'm just not going to eat it because I don't like it, can you substitute it?

I was about to jump in and say that there are so many dietary requirements and what is ok for some people is not for others even if their dietary requirements are very similar. It is a lot to learn! However. You are completely right. If your advertising to meet needs then they must be met ! As a waitress some people just assume that you know everything about a certain dietary need but the truth is. Some people have true allergies and some people say they can’t have something. But it’s not an allergy just a preference. Either way. Don’t advertise something that you can’t deliver

If you're allergic you're usually way more vocal about it. If I'm given the wrong food it could kill me. Once people realise it's that serious they're usually trying hard to make things work.

Also, as an idea if you make another Amazon order, you could maybe order one of the low cost (like 5-10 dollars), colour changing lightbulbs to give you a different atmosphere aside from the kinda orange yellow lights

Loving your hotel diary vlogs. I have a sister in Cober Pedy and 2 nephews who I’ve not met because of COVID 🥺. It’s nice to see someone being able to go to Australia and visit their family. Well done for picking yourself up from this morning! I felt emotional and had goosebumps when you'd had your shower and got in your Jim jams ....thinking of you in that room on your own...even though I live alone...also through the lockdown!! I can learn alot from you on keeping active even when you're in a little room!! It was lovely of your brother to surprise you and also seeing Joe's smiling face while talking to you ...bless!! I must say the hallway in my apartment is very long and I've done laps of that walking!!
