Sir, What is the case law name ? Cuz we filed a quashing fir in Karnataka high court U/s - 482 crpc ( before Chargesheet ) , they accepted the case and it's listed also

Wakeel saahab ek baat batao.. Ye jo dilli mein parking ka issur hai.. Ki agar kisi ne kisi k ghar bahar gaadi park kar di toh house owner ladne aa jaata aur gaadi hatane ki baat bolta hai.. Meri understanding ye hai ki Gali ya Sadak is not owned by one person and its public area.. So iss tarah k cases mein kya indian law hai.. Koi bhi kisi k ghar k baahar gaadi park kar sakta hai as long as its not blocking entrence or only house owner has the rights to park his car near his? Or both are incorrect?
