I have seen Queen 5 times live at the height of Queen's career, I miss you Freddie. After Freddie's passing I never thought anyone could do Freddie's vocals justice. After hearing Adam singing a few of Queen's songs and having the approval of the remaining member's Queen, I can hear how Adam gave the music his own little twist and yet still kept Freddie's nuances intact. I have not seen Queen live since Freddie's passing. I am 66 and still a fan!

Marc is an established singer who sounds incredibly like Freddie Mercury; he's chosen to honor his memory and keep it alive through performing his music. And you wrong in saying that any way different to Adam Lambert is "incorrect". Freddie himself told them to do whatever they wanted with his music, etc...those another fans who wants Marc instead Adam just want him, because he's similar a Mercury's voice, that fact makes a big difference...and you can be right about the band's decision not to bring him. Adam has been a vocalist for many years, has 4 studio albums, his own catalogue of music and songs, most of which he has written and co-written. I love Adam’s own music. As a matter of fact, if I had to choose, I would miss Adam’s own music more than that of Queen’s.

I'm not a young man but a recent arrival to Queen fandom. Freddie was amazing, and Adam is great. He's not an impersonator; he's a great singer who can sing these difficult songs - not everyone can. I think Freddie would have loved Adam's flamboyance. And Queen was not just Freddie; it was the brand, the sound, the catalog, and with Adam they're keeping it alive for a new generation.

I'm so happy that Adam Lambert joined Queen in singing their songs. He was definitely the right choice. Additionally, think of this, "traveling at the speed of light". Light travels at 186,000 miles per second. Per second! There is nothing that travels that fast except for light. Although the line really fits the song. Adam is just as hot looking as Freddie was too!

the last concert i went to pre pandemic was queen+adam lambert in summer 2019 the energy was amazing, Adam knows a bunch of people will gripe, he doesnt pretend to be Freddie and he encouraged the audience to sing, since he was just a queen fan too the concert was people of all ages, the most amazing lazer light show fo go with the music, and it was one of the best concerts ive ever been to

I saw him live in nyc I won tickets on the radio and I'm a huge queen fan me and my friend were like we never heard him sing and at the con b4 were like he ain't gunna do that well and the shoe he has to fill is like the size of the moon but my god he killed it after the show I then learned he won american idol and he did amazing to be able to step into a light that can never be filled agian freddie would be proud I'm just pissed I was born in 94 and my dad who got me into queen saw queen in the 80s tour at msg and I showed the concert I was at its on KZfaq it was at Barcely center july 17 and he was shocked that adam was able to nail the show ......even at the concert b4 they started adam got up and said dont be rough on me i gotta step into a once and a life time artiest light and NAILED IT

I don't think Freddie would have loved somebody to perform his songs like he did, coz he also knew there will not be another Freddie on earth but rather someone to be their very best version of themselves when performing Freddie's song + queen . My favorite part of a concert is when the audience is singing together, united in their love for music, forgetting any political agendas, sexual orientation, religion, and whatever else divides us. Adam did incredible on this. He is a dynamic, fun performer. The audience is loving his interpretation of the song. He's just himself, and no one else. This was a really enjoyable performance. I love it.

In case some of you dont know, for those who didnt have the opportunity to follow Adam since he was an American Idol contestant.It is clear to see that while performing with Queen, He was himself the whole time.. He has been himself all the way. He was the very force to push the band back on the road for they didnt want someone to sing like Freddie, to look like and act like him, They wanted an original guy full of charisma and personality. and They found it.

@Carpet is the cheese to my toast u cant blame someone from having something that came from when they r born. So for example is it wrong if i was born similar to famous people or legend faces or something? My point is for adam and marc fans, just enjoy what u like, if u like adam, its fine, its ur decision, and.if u like marc thats also fine,.anyone can have their own preference.
