That's thinking outside the square with the bottle. Well done. I've just scored an imperfect one for $10.😍

What a fantastic update! No one loves experimenting with queens more than I do (for better or worse!) I bet this gorgeous lady will be huge in another 6 months. Too cool! 😎🌱✨

Love the content Lethius, so much silly, conflicting info and ‘drama’ surrounding this particular anthurium and many others on KZfaq. I have my own experiences with growing anthuriums and have been growing them for years. I like your straight forward approach and the bottle moss pole is brilliant. I’ll be nicking that idea. Keep it up and the updates. Good stuff that man!

Very nice . I lost my queen a while back. Don't think it liked the pon . Very tempted in trying again but maybe with a smaller plant and try your approach with soil and a pole

Thank you so much! If you live in a warm climate I would recommend pon. If not, I would say soil because winter tends to be hard if Queens

I have 4 queens all in Molly’s Aroid Mix 80%, Tree Fern Fiber 10% and Bonsai Grit 10% Mix. Keeping them near a window southwest but getting very little direct sun. They’re in the shaded spots. Enjoy!

@@RootsReady I am so sorry to hear they didn’t do well. Do you think it had to do with where they came from? Honestly, I think that has to be a big part of it.

Hey Lethius 🌹 awesome video. New subbie N London UK 🇬🇧 here! Ive just purchased a Queen chonk with one strong root coming out of it. Any tips would be awesome. Thanks🤴🏾🌹🥰
@RootsReady

Thanks for subbing and welcome to the family! I would recommend you keeping the chonk in a high humidity environment. This can be anything from a plastic container with cling film over the top, a ziplock food bag or a prop bin, anything that keeps the humidity high. I have had best luck rooting Anthuriums in perlite (first place)or moss (second place). Onces it starts to grow leave, slowly reduce the humidity to help it acclimate to your normal conditions. A grow light, or a window with medium light would be best during the propagation

What kind of moss do u use when you make your moss poles?

Hi there, I use Sphagnum Moss which I buy compacted from Amazon. I prefer it to jungle moss as it retains water better
