I was kind of bummed out when I first saw this depiction. I was hoping it would have been like the Cate Blanchett version where she turned up in full battle armour. (obviously she'd have still never even considered participating in any combat) but it would have done her image wonders to go the extra mile and would've given more gravitas to her words. Long loose red hair falling out the back of a heavy helmet as she addresses, the signature proof of her identity. In short: Maybe don't wear a dress to a fucking battlefield

+Ancient Recitations My lord, I beseech thee as one who has much to learn, for much has been hidden from me. I came here from your Enûma Eliš audiobook. (I am in no way finished with it, as I must listen again and again... picturing all that I see clearly in my minds eye... gods and monsters, all are real.) Perchance you have time to respond, Why do some call you Sargon? Moreover, you responded in comments under Enûma Eliš you planned to recite 'The Prince.' I have a significant Machiavelli collection and am a passionate student of Machiavelli; at some point, I determined with confidence he and I inherently share some exotic traits and esoteric abilities. I am only his student yet his intense defender! Most of what has been taught (and learned) of him is pathetically lacking and misconstrued with neither proper context nor justification. His brilliant offerings have been cherry-picked apart by the simple minded and abused by the evil ones... primarily the same ones who were there when he held position... the evil papacy!!!... sullying his name by exploiting only a pittance of his dark wisdom... his name becoming synonymous with despotism... whilst they execute these very dark principles to further their own self-serving agenda! Please forgive obscure transitions as I live in the autism spectrum. A mixed blessing this place, for I know this evil intimately. I have seen it and felt it and it is a stronghold on me even now. Perhaps because of my ancestry, which I reject as such is possible... that young Queen, with whom I share empathy and heartbreak, she being over many countries... she who was brave at her beheading, even forgiving... I die with her! Yet, already she had borne her son who would become King. And, indeed, he was cursed early on... even, by her mistress! I reject this lineage... I rebuke all these twisted conspiracies and perversions. This poison in my blood like a magnet... only GOD can save me; Even, The Lord GOD Who saves me! His Holy Spirit holds my breath and alone is my strength. Thank you for your wonderful presentations and your valuable time in considering this comment. Respectfully, iCiC "When you disarm the people, you commence to offend them and show that you distrust them either through cowardice or lack of confidence, and both of these opinions generate hatred." ~Niccolo Machiavelli

Edit for a mistake and clarity: Sorry, I had to give a negative vote for this video. Due to the fact she meant none of it. She lied her ass off. Given shortly after the victory. She forced the navy to stay at sea with the intent starve and kill the sailors. 2/3's of the sailors that won her that victory died of disease and lack of clean water. The reason give was rather disgusting. She expected more to die in battle and wouldn't pay them what she owed. Spain where the good guys in that battle. Spain was fighting the Ottomans Ottoman-Venetian War (The Battle of Lepanto) and she sent her pirates to raid the Spain supply ships. Queen Elizabeth was one of the worst tyrants ever. She created the politics that caused the so called famine in Ireland. I could go all day with her evils. Her evils is what Hegel and Karl Marx based their writings to avoid.

I believe she refused to spend any more on rations for the sailors as the likes of Drake hadn't taken any gold off the Spanish ships. she perhaps expected a lot of them to drowned in shipwreck. or in sea battles? you have made her sound like Jadis the evil Queen from a well-known series of books

@@eliotreader8220 said, "he perhaps expected a lot of them to drowned in shipwreck. or in sea battles?" Yes that is what i figure. Yes. don't have to pay the dead much. The scary part about story books. Real life is often much worse. If they gave the real story few would want to hear it. Their narrative must also be kept a secrete
